The source of information about fines in this application is information from the GIS GMP system of the Federal Treasury of the Russian Federation (official state page of the system https://roskazna.gov.ru/gis/gosudarstvennaya-informacionnaya-sistema-o-gosudarstvennykh-i-municipalnykh-platezhakh-gis-gmp/), provided by the NPO "MONETA" (LLC), licensed by the Central Bank RF No. 3508-K on the basis of an agreement with the developer.

Vehicle license plate area code data is collected from public sources, including:

Regulatory acts of the Russian Federation

Encyclopedic and reference materials (for example, Wikipedia)

Public databases and reference books of automobile codes.

The application will help you determine the region of the car by license plate, find out whether the license plate belongs to certain troops or diplomatic missions.

Main functions:

How to use:

1. Download and open the application

2. Select the country whose numbers you want to check

3. Specify the type of number (civilian, diplomatic, military, etc.)

4. Enter the number code (for the Russian Federation – last digits)

5. To find a region by name, use the search

In Russia, from August 4, 2019, license plates can only be obtained in the region where the owner is registered
